Steven Grimes, BBA
Co-Founder, Co-Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Steven provides the institutional vision, executive leadership, program direction and relationship development for Sky Eagle. A United States Army veteran who served in Korea, he worked and trained alongside Republic of Korea military personnel and Korean civilians, developing a lasting respect for the country, its people and its culture.

Daemee Kim (김대미), MA, RN, LMHC
Co-Founder, Co-Owner & Chief Health and Wellness Officer
Born in Seoul, Daemee brings experience in nursing, behavioral health, healthcare operations and whole-person wellness. She leads health, mental health and wellness across Sky Eagle, helping shape a safe and supportive institution where performance, personal development and family well-being are intentionally integrated.

Sponsor, site, feasibility and investment evaluation.
Sky Eagle is evaluating multiple qualified opportunities in the Republic of Korea, including locations within Korean free economic zones. Communications and evaluation are proceeding at different stages with relevant authorities and prospective development participants.
No final location or parcel has been selected, allocated or secured. Professional feasibility, site diligence, cost validation, capital structuring, corporate formation and required investment participation must be completed before formal development or investment terms can responsibly be presented.
